We are proud to work with passionate producers from the Abondance valley for our cheeses, local farms for our lamb, and local fishermen for some of our fish, sourced directly from Lake Geneva.

To accompany these delicious dishes, our drinks menu is sourced mainly from local producers, such as craft beers and many Savoie wines. We are convinced that this commitment to local consumption also contributes to the quality of our guests' experience.
