Only 35km away from les Gentianettes, Le Jolla restaurant is an independent structure managed by family members Sandrine and Léo, Nathalie and Claude Trincaz’s children, owners of the ****Chalet-Hotel les Gentianettes in la Chapelle d’Abondance.

For the record, Claude Trincaz, a maître-restaurateur at heart, was born in the kitchen. After his father and his two grandfathers, he represents the third generation of chefs in La Chapelle d'Abondance. The creation of the restaurant Le Jolla on Lake Geneva was therefore an obvious choice and promises refined cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.
