That's why we've created this Room Directory where you can access all the information about our rooms, restaurants, and the various activities in our relaxation area to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Luggage
Our luggage room is at your disposal on the day of your arrival before check-in and on the day of departure after check-out.
As the luggage room has a limited capacity, it is not possible to leave your belongings for several days.
Our friends the pets
Small pets are allowed (15 kg) in the rooms and in the restaurant with a supplement of 25€/day/pet. However, they are not allowed in the Spa and we reserve the right to refuse them if they disturb our other common areas. Please ensure that they behave and clean up after them. Thank you for your cooperation.

We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and holiday vouchers. American Express is not accepted by our services.

The breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 to 9:45.
Bar & Terrace
Drinks and ice cream served from 11:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m in the lounge, on the terrace and on the outdoor pool deck in summer.
The hotel's bar and lounge are available for guests of the Gentianettes to relax in from 08:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m. A TV showing the most important sports events is available in the lounge. Newspapers and magazines are also available at the reception.
When and where can I have lunch at the Gentianettes?
Our restaurant is closed during the week for lunch (except for exceptional periods and public holidays). We strongly recommend that you enquire about opening times for lunch on arrival.
Lunch is prepared with passion by the chef Claude Trincaz and is served from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m in the ground floor dining room or on the terrace (depending on the weather).
Dinner at the Gentianettes
The Gentianettes hotel offers its half-board guests a varied menu to suit all tastes. The boarding menu is displayed daily at the entrance to the main restaurant and in the lift, so you always know what is available.
It is also possible to dine in our alpine brewery La Baratte. For half-board, please inform us of your wish at least the day before.
For the comfort of your children, we recommend that you come at the beginning of the service to reduce waiting time.

Please note that places are limited for à la carte meals at the Gentianettes hotel. If you are staying at the hotel with the room and breakfast package, it is imperative to anticipate your meals by reserving your table at the reception, for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Dinner is served from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Open from May to September, the restaurant's spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room to relax, and the gentle ripples of the lake will lull you into a state of deep tranquility.
Located 35 km from Les Gentianettes, Le Jolla offers a variety of hearty dishes, such as its famous perch fillet special. In addition, the friendly and attentive staff will make you feel at home.

Chambers: best practices
Please hang the sign on your door if you do not wish to be disturbed. If the "do not disturb" sign is displayed from 8am to 2pm, the room will not be redone.
For the comfort of all our guests, please turn down the volume of the television from 10.30pm onwards.
Let's protect our environment together by following these simple instructions:
- Put the towels you wish to change on the bathroom floor.
- Make sure all lights are off when you leave your room.
- If you open the window, turn off the radiator.

Safe deposit box
Having a safe deposit box in your room at Les Gentianettes is the best way to ensure that your belongings are safe. It is imperative that you keep your valuables and documents (passports) in this space.
If you choose not to use the safe deposit box in your room, the management of Les Gentianettes declines all responsibility for the possible disappearance of objects.

These facilities are available to you during your stay and are checked and verified before your arrival. Any loss or damage may be charged after your departure.
