The Trincaz, who are hoteliers and family restaurateurs at the Chapelle d'Abondance - we are talking here about Claude Trincaz des Gentianettes and not his facetious cousins of the Cornettes de Bize and the Chalet -, have come down from the mountain to transform an old "chalet du port" into a stopover for ever and the taste of the day.
