Très belle prestation dans un hôtel très bien situé. Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables (belle sdb mais qui nécessiterait quelques arrangements - rangements et rideau de douche). Magnifique salle de restauration avec un menu de grande qualité (desserts maison de haute volée).

Wonderful hotel in our favourite, peaceful village of La Chapelle d’Abondance in the Porte Du Soleil. Excellent staff, restaurants and spa facilities. Rooms are comfortable with nice decor and not are dated like many of the hotels in this area. The only negatives would be the unfinished appearance of the outside space for such a high standard hotel and lack of a fridge or mini bar in the rooms to keep drinks or medication cool. The outside of the hotel is fine during the winter ski season but there is very limited attractive outside areas to sit in the summer season.

Great stay in a high quality hotel
Hi, We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The atmosphere was great, so was the food in your two restaurants, and the people working at the hotel were quite friendly. The only thing that made us feel really uncomfortable was your reaction about the additional insurance on the ski pass. You made us feel like we were asking you something completely abnormal, and you asked us to get it solved by ourselves. This made us feel incomfortable and made us lose precious time, because we tried to get it undone by ourselves. You could have said: 'ow, sorry about that. Didn't we explained you that?We should have done it. I will ask my son to change it'. At the end, your son managed to get it undone, but it was not a nice experience for us.
