Head chef Claude Trincaz and his team know just how to make refined and carefully prepared dishes that guests always appreciate, with regularly changing menus to reflect the changing seasons and local flavours. Diners will find a large choice of dishes created by our talented team.
Within the restaurant, diners can choose between the chef’s dish of the day and a number of menu options that range from € 18.90 € to € 54. The hotel guests’ menu offers a diverse range of flavours and reflects the importance we place on fine food.
Les Carnotzets (an intimate dining venue): for a truly authentic dining experience, we recommend that guests eat in one of our “carnotzets”; the traditional decor and warm atmosphere is reminiscent of Abondance valley’s farms...and is a must! Guests can choose from a selection of Savoyard dishes made using local cheese (Berthoud, Tartiflette, Croûte, Raclette or fondue and Pierrade with four different meats cooked on a sizzling stone at the table, followed by a slice of freshly made tart. |
